I have several things I do. most are sold on Amazon for inverted nipple correction. First I have an electric pump. it gets my girls started but mostly I love the way it feels sucking on me. Then I use the screw type stretchers, resetting them as the girls get bigger. I leave them on and let them wiggle around as I move. Then I’ll band them. You can buy very small silicone hair bands about 1/4″ diameter in the haircare aisle at drug stores. I’ll take 2 or 3 and stretch them over the plastic stretcher tube up against my chest
